Packing help

Ok, I got a 45mb folder with 13 songs, I'd like to pack it as much as possible - I mean filesize should be as low as possible. Wht programme can/should I use?

I just downloaded it, but dunno how to use it :p any help to get file as small as possible?

Max compresion lvl, so 'Ultra'. But this program is the best to pack .avi files :P So i don't think so it can help you, but try :P.
