My graphics card (nvidia 7950gt) is officially on its way out keeps crashing my pc then reboots with artifax all over my screen.

So im gonna need a new one soon, so yes here it comes, your nivida card recommendations?

already done that the other day, and put new cooling paste on, and been monitoring the temps still same thing happening, although its working again now for the moment.

hmm, well for future comaptibility you could get a 9800 in that price range which will let you get another and SLI in future at a fairly low price - can't go for SLI the 8800 mixed a 9x sadly : <

if youre just going to so single gpu for now i would say a 8800gt/s should do for you at that price, i get 50 fps on far cry 2 max details with a E5200 @ 3ghz
125 solid on all et maps :p

whats the best brand of that card to get? Theres so many different versions, ones with and without fans etc, I heard that BMG is the best for nvidia cards?
