cfg testing goes wrong !?

hiat just tested some of my older configs... and now most of my desktop symbols "are lost" :s anyone knows how to fix that (no virus / already scanned with kaspersky )

EDIT: restarted twice already :s

EDIT: k had to delete IconCache.db
