is it possible...?

to get 125 fps stable outdoors on radar with spam, using:

- low gfx
- amd athlon 64 processor 4k+ 2.60 ghz
- ati radeon hd 2600 pro
- r mode 8
- 2 gb ram
- radeon driver already tweaked to max
- no overclocking


im pretty close (~110 fps, +/- 5 fps), and i have done too much testing, i just want someone to say YES YOU CAN...

my pc is much lower and i have stable 125 fps(not on radar and grush)
