I work at a computercenter atm and I got full 10MB/s download with jDownloader.

yep, sometimes I get only 60Kb/s for some hours, rarely it's only 3Kb/s... (cryptload)
When you have only 2mbit, you want fullspeed all the time. Especially if you pay for it :)
