Damn, I wish I was still in the army, they had such a goooood breakfasts there, porridge, bread, coffee, fruits etc etc <3

did you ever considered to use anabolics, I heard its so good to start the day with!
Eat like a normal human being instead of trying to get like 2 meters broad + getting somekind of square head, which all those muscledaddy's have.
wearing a small shirt and spreading your shoulders as much as possible at a local bar to show your big arms etc. is so not cool.
nonetheless I must say the eggs grain water and banana are healthy I have to admit.
My point of view: It seem like you found your destiny by going on the healthy and training tour... dont push it.
Once I had a guy in my class who was even weighing pinda's to see if he could eat 4 or 5 pinda's next to his normal 400 gram chickenbreast lunch in order to get the perfect meal for him.
instead of eating 100 carrots, it works with a pill :o

was taking a fast walk before breakfast, then went to gym for chest and abs workout, come home took a shower and eat3d fo0d. Played 1 3o3, took like 30mins, then i chilled out with my cousin. 6 a clock i went to gym for running in 1 hour, come home took a shower and eat3d f00d, then i shaved my head and whole my body, ass etc etc ya know, after that i took a shower. then i was like eeh i will go to my solarium to get nice brown u know (40mins) then i took a shower again.
