How is it my PC cannot run ET, CoD and Warsow but it's fine for CS and CSS?!

Explanations please =] Bonus points for those with humour involved.

CSS has a better engine (smoother at least). With the same PC
you can play source games happily, but not ET. Q3 engine is a bit sucky,
mainly with Punkbuster.

So it's just the Quake 3 engine that it can't cope with.....a lot simpler than i though. Points for the answer :P

It'll cost about 400gbp for one that can run ET...we'll call it 1000gbp just to be safe. no refunds ;)

Unlikely ! Q3 runs fine on my pc, but ET's a real slog. Something to do with memory / processor or smth like that... someone with the knowledge can explain.
