O/S Exception Notice HELP!!!

You see at title what a problem i have... I read about it and trying to repair this problem... But NOTHING...

I do: Reinstall PB, Reinstall ET, Disk Fromat, and update the latest version of PB.

Really Nothing... i don't have Firewall, Antivirus Program, or some programs which can prevented to functionable ET...

I have Windows Vista SP1 ... <- Maybe it is the problem...


Please Some1 can help me? Its very important to me...

I dont know anything... I need help really thanks when some1 can help me... :)

maybe you didnt format correctly
download a new windows and now clean your disk of all shit, format it, get ET do it

pbsetup.exe, run it and reboot.
