opinions about qck+

Hi all

I have a Qpad ct (1 year old and its pretty used..), and an mx518 mouse. With the default mouse feets it was pretty slow on the pad, so i bought hyperglides, but still it feels slow. So I wanna buy a new mousepad too. I want a cheap textilpad so the hyperglides will work for long time, i thought about Qck+ but im not sure if it will be fast enough. I like the really fast surfaces. So if anybody has this mouse/mousepad combo pls tell your opinion.

Also i have a second problem, i have fps lags in about every minute. My fps goes down to 30 and stay like that for about 10 seconds, i heard video card driver can cause this problem, but in the ATI driver i didnt find anything like thread optimization. I tried updating pb, format pc, different drivers, but nothing helped :-/

yeah so the question is, a new qck+ is faster than an old and used qpad ct? im afraid i go and buy the qck and it will feel the same like my qpad now...
Get an Everglide Titan, I used a QPad CT and a QcK before but both weren't as good as this one. With hyperglides btw. One push and it slides to the other side of the mat!
well that pad seems great, however it isn't popular in Hungary. Surely i can't buy it in a shop in my city, but so far i didn't even find a hungarian site for that. But well thanks for the tip, razer mantis pads seems to be similar to this (same material).

If you can't find it in a Hungarian shop then go for the QcK, can't remember exactly how smooth it was new (last time I used it was 2 years ago :D). And QcK isn't expensive, so if you accidentally throw coke all over your mousepad you can easily buy a new one.

This is all from my own experience, I have never used a Razer mousemat so can't tell. Better ask urtier, or someone else who has more experience (he recommended me the everglide too).

imo razer mantis speed ... had it before it worked great .. now i got qpad and its kinda nice =]
nice pad ^_^
QCK+ with MX518 WIN - QCK+ with G5 is FAIL, its all stuttering and shit then
it's a nice pad but i heard it wears off in 3 weeks.
