what i want to know is, have you ever had a bad sports injury and how long were you out for ?

It's for about three months now and wents to the fisio, hospital and put atletic-tape around it.
At age of 20 I hurt my knee when playing floorball. My anterior cruciatum ligamentum got broken and it needed to be operated as well. It still hasn't healed very well and is the reason why I've skipped army so far :p. I can walk etc, but it hurts when I run.
Just like 3 months ago I hurt my knee again (the other leg this time) and the symptoms pointed at ACL again, but probably it was just a distension, because it seems to be healing. It still hurts but I can use my leg again (wiii!).
I guess I got weak ligaments because of so many injuries but on the other hand none of my bones has ever gone broken :p
just out of curiousity, i dont really get what muscles work (except legs ofc)
u know what i mean? :p
i can be happy i dont need to make sport to become thin or smth.. lucky me!
im just to lazy to do sports..
Was out for 4 weeks because I couln't move my elbow properly.
but after 6 days rest i was back to football again anyway, i played with plaster nP.
Also broke my 4 fingers playing rugby in year 7.
Broke my foot playing 2on2 football in a small padded room :(
for now my back looks also damaged goin hospital today.
while I was training biathlon I extend my achilles tendon like 4 times.
edit: and a few broken toes in rugby and i broke my finger in a football match making hte greatest recovery tackle in history.
even though I didn't play all the times...
not that hard thing, but i had it in the interior side of my left foot.
6weeks no sports :/
i've double checked this: isn't that the right foot, sir?
nothin much
