how to - cod4 demo

hey guys :)

i need some advice on best way of recording demos and converting to avi for cod4

at the moment i have some demo files *.dm and can play them back in cod4 np

but now i wanna convert them and use sony vegas to create a little movie

please advise

yeah I am pretty sure,

the 100 is how many FPS you want, the more the better, but the higher it is the more memory it takes.
