Well when talking bout NC, every lu which u put to warzone (:D) should be from the top ~10 of the country, so thats just bullshit, the captain has failed if they have a "second" lu together with first.

afaik according to the CB rules which now have been deleted, players aren't allowed to block 2 exits at ones, like they did on supply. so... :DDDD
