My blue water and "blue foggy" comes from some shader i edited months (years?!) ago.. it helps the color correction ;) because water is mainly grey :\

ps: u can also change the water texture color to blue but sucks :<

I see i should never make pub to magic bullet :< this is killing your quality (textures)... you need to learn how to use it properly (not that i could talk.. i lost all my color settings.. need to test them again :< ) but you need to "paste" the colors at textures.. not in the air like u did :<

i mean like.. u have some options that "paste" the colors at a really "low" level... seems like they are a part of the game.. try changing the white difusion settings etc... its just a question of test :P plus.. you should always use hsl effect (and more that 1 magic bullet effect) and same time to get diferent results.
For example: add 1st miami effect and then white diffusion IS DIFERENT that add 1st white diffusion and then miami effect :P test ;)

It looks.. ugly.
You used to much contrast which makes some part of the screen to dark or to bright which doesn't make any sense.

So, try it again..

contrast maximums are not that make pic colorful or nice, as you see ur dark colors are too dark and pixels are wasted and same is for white though it's way worse on white colors.
