resistance 2 multiplayer HALP!!1

1. ..yeah console shooter sucks.. (still this game kinda rocks)
started playing it yesterday as "special op"..

what do i have to do to get around 40000 exp :/ max i got as s.o. was 13000 -.-

giving ammo & killing !? is there smth else...?
