winRAR extraction problem

hello crossfire n3rdz

i need your help with extracting a file which i received via email *KLICK ME*

everytime i try to extract it in winrar, i receive the following error message: (unkown method in..)
..i already updated my winRAR, but there's still the same error occurring
..i tried repairing it with winRAR, same problem: rebuild.VID 0008.rar - (unknown method in..)
..i tried to extract it in winZIP, same problem as with winRAR
