Inf Has Problems

Hello , lately i am suffering from some serious fps problems ,

seeying my stable 125 fps changing in a choppy 60-85 100 - 120 , it jumps all the time didnt see a stable fps for a week ,

p.s : com_maxfps 100 makes it go 85-97 : /
