Ipod touch 8g

I would like to know how long this thing can play music coz in store they said that it plays 20h and. In internet its 36h so which should i belive? Btw i wrote this message with ipod touch

schon seit sommer, mein pc is kaputt, aber kb den zu reparieren und dswegen zogg ich immer @ lappy.

mhh..
intel core 2 duo, 2.0 ghz, 4 gig ram, gefroce 8600 turboc. , 320 gb hdd, vista

Googled it a bit and yeh, on apples website it says that it lasts 36h and some stores tell it lasts 20-22h. Did read couple tests about it and in those the battery lasted from 20 to 25 hours.

my iphone works like 3 days (standby + apps) or smth, with using normal apps (safari, ipod) + phone ofc.

so its like 30hours with iphone.

don't believe what they say, they get those numbers by testing with a realy low volume and not touching any keys/screens.
