ET & Syncmaster T220

I am thinking about getting a new Monitor, some bigger stuff.

I my mind I have the Syncmaster T220: http://www2.atelco.de/articledetail.jsp?agid=603&aid=20704&lid=2

So I only want to ask if someone have some experience with this Monitor (How is you feeling in ET, with you monitor?)

the feeling is ok on 75hz and horrible on 60hz, like every other lcd

I have a Hanns-G with 1440x990, cheap and can handle 75 hz.

i have this monitor, it doesn't run 75hz at full resolution, 1680x1050. it will at several smaller resolutions, the biggest being 1280x1024. i'm not seeing an option for 1440x990. any more questions then just ask =]

what monitor did you use before, and how mutch differnce to it :)

Whats with gosting stuff and so on? I only heard good thinks about it.

some dell 17" lcd was previous which looks dim and dull in comparison. on the t220 there's no noticeable ghosting - if you've seen the specs they're very good. if you want 75 hz you'll have to run in 4:3 at some lower resolutions, so i play with black bars either side. some people (squall) play with the 4:3 stretched across the whole screen so you could still use 75hz that way. the only alternative to that, and you'll still have to have it stretched, but it'd be a widescreen resolution, would be to find a 1680x1050 monitor that runs 1440x990 at a lower resolution.
