Blackbox is awesome. Even some of my less tech-savvy friends use it because of the multiple desktops + bbiconbox.

I loved the bbDropFTP plugin, just drop any file from explorer onto it and it auto-uploads to your FTP and copies the link to your clipboard.

I'm using dropbox atm for an ftp. 2gb of storage for free (enough for my needs) it's awesome, although the license terms look dodgy. Great for sharing random files with friends.

so the icons on the bottom are prolly from "stardock" or smth simillar, date, time and temperature are "rainmeter" or smth like that.
