i luv my Samsung 940BF
L227WT
i have it
well so far its just perfect
zero input lag and 4;3 option which make it even better than my CRT's :D
What exactly do you mean with 0 input lag? Because on this site, the screen is pretty horrible:

next time bring more unknown site

The LG L227WT is listed as the number one choice, with zero input+response time lag. Here is the input lag testing on it ...

Digitalversus is not an unknown site. Maybe to you it is. Anyway I have seen other reviews of reputable sites claming that this panel does not score well on the inputlag tests. Those reviews are contradicting each other :S. Oh well I will do some more research and see which one I will buy.

dude...

i have that screen infront of me
im using it atm while replying to you
i played et some moments ago
its just like any crt i had :(
its perfect :(

believe me i done many reviews like you, and i bought this one and its perfect... :(

I see. Well the fact that you have it convinces me a bit more :D. Just a few more questions:
1)Have you also tried some fast paced games e.g. Quake3 or UT?
2)Have you experienced backlightbleeding?
3)Also do you have do to a lot of color calibration to get the grey's and blacks etc to look good?

I am sorry for the questions :D I am kinda new to these TFT monitors.
Parent
well im on linux and all i play is et :(
but on fast movement is very fine !
just like my crt !
what is backlightbleeding?: :D im sure i dont have this ;D

and no, you dont need to calibrate anything !

Okay Thank you very much for the information. Backlightbleeding is kinda difficult to explain for me:

i dont have :D
look in general i also advice on this screen because of the 4;3 option :)
but it work on lower resolution and thats good cuz in et i play with r_mode 6 which is fine :p
Parent
I truly appreciate your time and help. I too play ET on r_mode 6. I have found out that my favorite webshop also sells this monitor :D It is becomming harder to resist. I will give it a day or two before purchasing.

Again, many thanks for your help.
Parent
go to the shop and play on the monitor there :D
Parent
Hehe unfortunately that is impossible :( It is a webshop therefor I am only able to order it online, hence the reason why I said I would give it some time before purchasing. Because it would become more expensive because I have to buy an extra insurance for dead pixels and what not. If there are 2 or 3 dead pixels within 14 days they will replace the monitor for free because of the insurance. Normally it costs 200 euros but with the extra insurance it would cost 270. Another good monitor which I can visit/see/play on in a shop is the Samsung T220 which costs 220 euros. So I am doubting between the two.
Parent
lol :O

here in israel it cost 990 nis which is 200euro yea

didnt had to pay any extra :(
and i also have 10 days for till 4 pixels :8
and some more days for more pixals :D

and 3 years warrenty :~>

btw i played the whole day and its still like my crt ;DDD

I ADVICE YOU TO BUY IT !
Parent
hehehe, I will give it one more day ;)
