What do you think about achievements mentioned in profiles?

Some great players who actually won something like EC sometimes don't mention it anywere in their profiles whilst others keep adding random 3on3 and 6on6 cup victories to their profiles

Actually I do have won some prizes, but I quit playing ET 3 months ago.

Seriously :D This isnt an achievement. Same goes for random 3v3 cup that we dont know if they even existed :D

Only oc/ec finals (real finals!) should be allowed as a achievement...

im way too lazy to keep track of shit like that so it's understandable that people who have won a few lans and eurocups can't be fucked to keep up to date

whats the point of wasting your time formatting a nice achievements list for a video game? nobodies gonna actually read that shit and/or give a fuck when they read your profile

I think his point is that you can't really 'achieve' anything in gaming since it's recreational, whereas people may be interested to know what he's playing! I see your point though.

I dont know how many 3on3 Cups I've won, but It's not worth putting it on the profile.
Only top3 in EC or NC and LAN are worth having in the achievements :] That's why my box is so empty :]

Lots of people in the ET scene, and gaming scene overall I suppose, put pretty much time and effort into playing this game. So when I'd actually win something, I'd be more than happy to show it to the community. Problem is, I don't think I'll ever win something noteworthy (something else that onedayscups and groupstages), so I keep my achievementbox clean :P

I don't think it's weird that some people list everything they've ever won, same goes for people who don't.

I think it's not such a bad thing to list those. At least many of them surely bring memories (like we have played with saKen eg.).
If ppl want to list them, let them imo. Not everyone can win even random cups, so for some ppl they might be great achievements.
I, myself am too lazy to do this, and I should have started it already in the very beginning if I ever wanted to. Starting now that I already had missed 3 times bigger list than your example got, would be a bit pointless, although I'd like to beat kapa in the pocal race as well :)
