just download fe. prog. from pokerstars and play for virtual money... the best way to learn sth is to prac it... youll just need to know the hands rating here u go
if 2nd then...
u should learn advanced techniques, by this i mean read some books eg. Hold'em Poker For Advanced Players (David Sklansky & Mason Malmuth), or some other shit by Dan Harrington. Also PRAC a lot... dont drink while playing, read ur opps, calculate the % to win, play positional, be aggresive and selective
