Hi cf,
i know this has been asked a million times, but i need that prog for dual/quad cores to not have fps lag all the time. something with thread affinity or so dont remember.

the gfx card i ordered was broken :< :-(
i have a crappy geforce 8500 gt in it now till i get a repacement for the broken card...

its called forcecore.exe, and it forces the program you desired to use only one core, making it not switch between the cores and not to cause lags

is it usefull to set et to two cores (i have quad) or will that cause lags again or is one core enough?

no need to use it even
forcecore.exe is basically used to force programs who won't even work on multi threaded cpus (guild wars for example) else they will crash while gaming
