Fragmovies duration | Journals | Crossfire

I like more movies wich have been synced & edited well, the duration should be around 4-6mins :p

7 on average but up to 12 if the content's especially good

quality over length, good if they go together

just pick really the best fraggs out of them, and if the content and editing is fine 5 mins are ok..
but more than 10 mins are not needed, its getting boring..except hypes first movie and giftys tho :p

though the same... but i wouldnt like to pick only the bestest frags (do i have them? XD).. its _my_ fragmovie.. some frags "are special" so i would like to use every decent frag... specially because i have ALOT of diferent frags (mortar, mg, smg, rifle, dyna, barriers, colt, panzer, shatchel, arti/ffe) :<

mh yeah but e.g. 3man smg aint smth special so if you have some of them, dont use them in ur movie ;)
and well funny frags are entertaining aswell and if you got differnt fraggs itll be a plus, too, if you ask me.
and ofc ur right, its your movie, but if you put "normal" / "boring" frags into it, viewers wont like it so :p
just use the best frags of every class and weapon and see how many minutes the movie will be ~..

so if i kill 3 guys with smg (even if they are full hp) u think its not good against nc/ec/oc1st enemies? Im wondering the same because i already deleted some of these frags.. kept some others... maybe i should delete them all

if the frag is within the timespace of ~7 seconds (as in you kill 3 guys rushing to you) it can be a good syncing oppurtunity in some songs or a filler

if you kill them right after eachother within 5 secs vs. a known oppo, ofc its a good fragg.

but..those 3 man smg killingsprees over 10 secs are soo boring and do not belong into a fragmovie, that was mainly my point

depends, i like arround 3 songs with a not to long intro/outro. but if you see parodia movie wich is like 20mins, you barely notice that time, so its kind awhat you do with it :]

hmm imo 5-6 is enough for smg movie, depend of teh music and what kind is it
but for ur guality is nice so 10min is enough

depends on how good moviemaker is and how good frags are

frags>quality>music easy if u have nice skilled frags(not bs, camp, etc...) it can have low graph i will watch it xD

Winghaven 3 Reneissance is a bit too overedited to me. Fragarea3 is pretty much perfect, only the music gets boring after watching it 10 times :D

imo that depends on everything, if the movie is generally good and it's pleasure to watch it doesn't matter how long it is although over 25 mins is a bit overkill.

i like old schools movies 20 minuts ^^

Really just depends on the moviemaker.

For example, I think senti's adventure was a great movie. But I think it wouldn't be entertaining if it were only 3 min.

Winghaven out of the way 3 is also very well done. But I wouldn't want to see insane sync for 15 min, would tear my eyes apart.

dont put too much of the same frags in the movie, that would be kinda boring.

art is to make them want more, not to leave surfeit :) there are no rules, sometimes i want to end watching after first minute, sometimes i could watch twice more than they put in fms :)

dont rly care the lenght. well syncing , editing, good music and frags / trickjumping etc makes the movie own or suck

since most of multikills probably took place in same areas just use spiltscreen and play 2 actions at same time if you dont really feel like chosing best from all those demos :)

looking at ur edit level and style, max 2-3 mins, until someone notices wtf is this beside the colors
