remove news posts from noob unknown teams.

don't allow noobs to request ettv because then there are like 50 matches on a sunday and it's all spammy and stuff

you need to give noobs something to work for, something they look at and think .. mmm maybe one day my team will get a news post .. or maybe one day we will play on ettv.
