Need Designer/Coder

Hi Crossfire,
I need a Coder or a Designer for a little project (has to do with Snowboarding)

I need a design with:

*Page
*Shop
*Forum
*Gallery
*About us
*Banner (Already exists)
*"Random Shop Picture"
*Newsticker
*some other Stuff

Budget doesnt matter
(would be nice if it would be around 350€ max [with google entrancy])

P.S
It's something serious so it is possible that u can earn some more by updateing and stuff

EDIT2: It's a design, registry@google and some other searchsites (like Billiger.de and preissuchmaschine.de)
350€ is our maximum (There is some other work to do which i can explain @irc)

we already checked out some locale companys but they are to "serious buisness"

We want a design which looks serious but looks nice to Boarders and Skaters

You want a custom made shop ? AND all that for 350€ ?

You'll never ever get the options from the current OSCommerce in a custom shop for 350€

OR

Are you talking about a design for the current app , not recoding it ?

Shop apps are already ready.
We just want a new design, those "applications" for the shop (Paypal, creditcard (...) and those pic stuff like u can see on the homepage) is already there, we just want a new "look"
