wtf......

So... Normally I got like 48-60 ping in ET (actually low in evry game) But since yesterday I got 200 ping minimum but more like 800 all the time, I tryd other games: WoW, 1k latency + - CS(S): same story

How does this come / how can I solve this?

I didt a tracert and from hop 3 till the end my ms is between 600 and 800
Called my inet provider and they say my connection is good and that its my pc (probally spyware) I already cleaned my whole pc (with spyware docter and ccleaner) no differance...

I had the same problem as well, i called the provider, they said that my inet was working fine, i was like "k". Then, 2 days after the phone call my ping got fixed by himself, but ofc it wasnt providers fault.
