ET Windowns Server

Hello CF,
i got a problem.
I've got an ET server, which is based on a Windowsroot.
Everything is installed (et, etpro,pb) but everytime someone trys to connect, they get an error:

How can i fix this?
fkin windows server...

maybe already the files youve downloaded were broken or false, so try downloading et from any other mirror

what do you think why i did it twice? once i used the files from the etpro site and once from the ultimate installer (etpro folder)

no, just got random ftp acces and simple webinterface.
