I'm looking for a Free Web Hosting with good quality (bandwidth etc.)

I have to make a website for friends for 4L Trophy.

Someone knows one ?

No worries, the reason I gave you them hosts is because they come with cPanel which is expensive and you can install so much stuff with just clicks of the mouse. You can create your whole website with downloads/blogs/forums etc... With a couple of clicks.

Got any idea about who to go to for cheap webhosting for hosting a single domain for general use? Mainly file hosting for college, or uploading music for friends.

I did that with iWeb on leopard. I havn't time to write php & html.

I can't pay ! I know it might be the best solution but i can't...

Do you already own a domain name?
If you don't have any domain name try to visit Thewebpole.com Here you can register your domain name at low cost.They will provided free hosting service for each paid domain name and also provide paid web hosting service.Recently i hosted my website using this site.I never had any problem.So only i would recommend this one.I hope it will be very useful to you.
