Le Havre president Jean-Pierre Louvel has contacted Fifa about Manchester United's signing of Paul Pogba.

"I hope we will get the same result (as the Gaël Kakuta case), which could justify to those clubs they can't do anything and they have rules to respect."

Je suis pour Paris mais je viens de la normandie. Oui le Havre sux en ce moment et alors? Ca n'empeche qu'ils ont un passer de dingue, des joueurs de ouf sont sortit. Tu peux pas cracher sur une équipe tel que Le Havre

If they would get the same ban as Chelsea, it would be awesome. Perhaps they'll invest some money in their own youth instead of buying it overseas every year.

Although I have to admit my criticism was more meant for English teams in general instead of Man U in particular.

You said their preference is to invest in foreign youth and that's not true, United's youth academy is one of the best in the world and has produced a good deal of talent.

But I do count Man U as one of them. I don't feel Man U' acadamy has brought enough good players for a club of their stature.
