dual core 2,8ghz , 4gb ram, 9800 gts 512mb.. and with everything standart 60fps outside and 120 inside.. altough i think i can get 120 constant with some tweaks (yes i found some über ones).

Yes, i run it about 30-60 fps with a 8200 and 2.0ghz dual core, so you should get a fair bit more. Get a low detail cfg though, i think one of the few commands that actually does much for fps is r_mode though :/
