Windows 7 + ET HELP

ok so i've installed windows 7 lastnight and it looks and feels awesome but ET wont work. I used the Ultimate Installer thingy and all I get is a grey screen just before it loads n i gotta ctrl altdel it to get out :(

anyone had this and know how to fix it?

oh and i just checked and quakelive works np4me with 40+ more fps


edit: it's 32bit Build 7600



OH IT WORKS NOW :P JUST ENABLED COMPATABILITY WITH WINXP SP 3

and 45 more fps on local host on ET :D

at least PUNKBUSTER doesn't work with windows 7, but that grey thingie sounds like a driver problem to me.. :/

edit: does that crash occur even before connecting to a server?

I fixed it, enabled winxp compatability

could be some cvar shizzle, try loading a default cfg to look if it works

Everything works fine for me, x64 RTM with max fps whole time.

Same here nigg, et runs great on win 7 ultimate rtm x64, stable fps on 125 all the time :)
