So he says he has 6 white balls that will be the same as the lottery numbers and then he says I can't reveal these balls until the actual draw due to BBC restrictions.

So BBC has a law that psychics can't give out the lottery numbers before they give them out? :D The psychic law? :D

Then he waits until all the numbers are drawn and then gives all the numbers? LOL why not show each one after they are drawn, instead of waiting a whole minute and then showing.

Gave people fake numbers in his advert that was supposed to have subliminal messages in it. Probably made the BBC a few thousand pounds.

They were both live on TV you could switch channels and see this. I don't know if you had this option in France. Therefore nothing was frozen as you could see BBC1 on channel 4 live we would have noticed if they "freezed it". Go bed now its past your bedtime

I am talking about Derren Brown show only.

On the show, you saw a TV with a live stream on it showing BBC 1. This was live. On the other side (notice how far he was from the balls huh?), this was not live.

It's a possibility but I doubt it's as simple as that. There's no doubt it's a trick/illusion but I think it's probably a little more intricate and not just a camera trick.

There are camera movements for the whole of the screen, this wouldn't be possible if it was a split screen between live and freeze frame like you say.
