Win7 Fail@ET-Pb

Was hoping the Final version of Win7 would work with punkbuster but guess not...or?

Done so far: new gfx driver,updated pb, tried running in winxp/vista comp mode, but no go...windows api etc kick bah

Any fix for this besides AntiPro?

Loving Windows 7 but going back to Xp(dualboot) while awaiting fix :/

maybe works on win7 32 but on the 64 version ATM PB kicks for API 131131

yep ventrilo 3.0, vent mix and all my sound is ok, only problem is it's only stereo so i must switch between headset/speakers at the back of my computer

Not noticable for really fast gear, for the slightly slower gear, that meets the HW Requirement it should be a notch faster.

Additional performance if you use SLI or Crossfire compared to when in XP.

well I tried vista ultimate 32bit and it was slow as fuck but I'm guessing it was cuz I only have 2gb of ram and the task manager seemed to always show that no physikal ram was left :S

Now using the newest xp sp3 performance edition and it's insanly fast, doubt I'll ever switch ;o

Did you install all SPs for vista?

It should be nearly as fast with those.

Win7 should be faster than XP right out of the box. But yeah it depends on your gear.

RAM thingy is weird, but win7 uses LESS resources than vista, so that should be fine if you do switch.

got the same problem =\ always get kicked from unknown api bla bla xC

but only get kicked on cybergames :/
