i am using AntiVir, since beginning of 2009 it became extremely aggressive. I get warnings for almost every keygenerator on my HD, also when i start games like the new Anno or EA´s FM... it gives warning bout any suspicious files even if they r trsted for years
just google the file which it detected and u´ll see that there is no prob with those files ;)
guess i will wait for a crack which wont be dedected as trojaner frm my av.. also every crack is different.. i downloaded 3 or 4 cracks.. every crack had a other size.. and one even had a additionally .dll

nah if it's correct , you have the RELOADED version right? you have 4 items , 1 is the key , and 3 more , copy the other 3 and paste it in Electronic Arts / need for speed folder , where the other exe is :) paste all 3 there , and it should work with no problems
you have to copy all of the files from the crack folder
i have shift.exe and the keygen + a .bin file
