acclefix on w7?

my sensitivity in ET is way different in W7, and seems to be weird too, is that due to no mouse accle fix? is there such thing for w7? (regular one doesnt work)

accelfix.exe doesn't work
wcafix doesn't work
mouse regs can't disable the accel completely

been on windows 7 and delivering stuff from old hd to this and programs etc, now im atm addicted to a few shows (californication & PB, cant stop :D) and too bad @ ca, it had an huge hacking problems, imagine having more cheaters,and its not possible to actually play this game,..
less than 3 mins!

control panel -> mouse -> uncheck mouse precision enhance (or smth like that)
