Map: Airport

Hey here is my try for the mapping contest. i used an architecture software (idecad) to make it look more realistic. need some feedback pls

1=Maingate; has to be planted
2=Sidegate; can be destroyed by stachle
3=Sidewall; has to be planted
4=Command Post(green); After objective got secured, Allies will spawn here
5=Transmitter; Objectives have to be brought here
6=first objective
7=Ammo+medipack house
8=tunnel
9=Airportgate (orange); will open after objective got secured

11=objectives (in front of planes)
12=secret plane door :D; will open if you activate the button at 13
13=button for plane door (can be closed again)
14=spawn axis
15=tunnel

Allies: have to capture the flag or secure the first objective at the transmitter to spawn at command post
allies: have to secure all 3 objectives at transmitter

Ps: no i havnt forget the first spawn of allies and the first spawn of axis. but i had no real idea tbh. maybe the axis could spawn at transmitter first and the allies behind a mountain or someting..then there could be like 2 ways (one on the left side of the mountain, one on the right side) and one way through a cave?

Well i know that this map isnt perfect, so id ask for some good feedback to make it a comp.map

1 theres already a airport map
2 where are dragons?
3 too many camping spots
4 might be too small, cant see the distances from that tho
first thing comes to my mind is fueldump a like where the allies spawn outside and they have to break in the airport which is another level by itself, increasing the size of the map, there they'll have to break the main gate, build CP for faster and closer spawn, steal 3 documents and transfer them to the plane, so they can be delivered to the US government and help to win against the nazis

well we could devide this parts imo. ( something like supply )

between the last and the first stage we could put something like a steet/area where the allies have to repair a command post or something? (like supply after first stage...)

dont think so...it looks more like 2 fast for me

after planting at all the walls its easy to get into the base. later you just have to make some nice spawnkill and you got the objs...

you can only come in at main and side right? so side is a small way good for rifle and medic to hold it, main is 4 man spam from all sides and no chance ^^

there are 2 sidewalls :> so you have 3 ways

lets do a GANGBANG map for deathmatch
the button is too near to the axis spawn, so more as easy to defend.
Nice to see that you're taking it seriously. I would really like to see more of these detailed maps where people atleast spend some hours working on.

About the map. It seems really small and alot of corridors. A bit like delivery. Try to make more open spaces and maybe some bigger corridors.

but no, on a serious note. try approaching the mapping contest with something new, that hasn't been done before. Cause these "bunker-like" maps are soo boring now, in my opinion :/

Well it's definitly to small and it's more like a deathmatch map, then a contest map... and ofc the time you'll need for it would be to short i guess...
too much stuff (walls,corners) around numbers 2/8/3/7/4/5, make it more simple; eg an open space with some boxes instead like adler first stage + bigger map, think you can reach the other side of the map in 10sec on that one
good effort, but it looks like it would be quite small/annoying to play :p

As has already been mentioned countless times, the map is a bit small. However, I think it would work nicely as part of another map. What I mean is you could probably use it as one stage of a multi-stage map. Nice effort and pretty slick design otherwise :)
lets rebuild mp_assault and add 2 stukad which have to be blown up in a hangar where the axis are spawning WOOOOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOO

to open the secret door and use the secret door unlocker u have to carry a kebap with u, which spawns when allied have build cp... else the secret button wont unlock the secret door :O)
