Help me out BIOS

Earlier today I tried to see if i could over-clock some settings on my computer to increase performance but unfortunately im not that good at computers so I kinda changed some stuff in the bios which resulted in my computer not wanting to boot up.

The thing is that now It says all the normal noices as before when you start it but its like there wont come any picture on the monitor. I tried to reset bios by removing the battery for 5 min but didn't work. I also seem not to find the Jumper which is normally used to reset bios. Please help me out guys!

I changed quite a lot stuff on bios as far as i remember.
What a fool I am :(
