Panda: Tell me little about your food diet.
Hello crossfire im back in sweden for 3 months, been a pro summer for me in serbia.
Hope you guys had fun infront your screen during the summer.
Anyway this summer have not been that much training and not so good food for me.
So its time to get back ! Starting tommorow !
My days will look like this:
Breakfast:
500gram curd
1 Junglewarfare pill
1 multivitamin pill
1000mg c vitamin pill
1000mg omega 3 pill
63.5gram protein, carbs 18, fat 5, = 376kcal
Morningwalk
10gram Essential amino acids
Gym
10gram Essential amino acids
Proteinshake = protein 24gram, carbs 3gram, fat 1gram = 120kcal
Lunch
500gram chicken
200gram egg
1 Jungle Warfare pill
1000mg omega 3 pill
protein 132gram , fat 20gram = 855kcal
Between-meal
200gram cottage cheese
protein 22gram, carbs 5gram, fat 3gram, = 140kcal
Dinner
500g chicken
1 Jungle Warfare pill
1000mg omega 3 pill
1 multivitamin pill
protein 107,5gram = 574kcal)
10gram Essential amino acids
Football training

is infact a pro-steroid ( low dosed D-bol (6-dmt), derivitive) and is extremly toxic on the liver contrary to what they claim. You really think you can build anythings besides water in 6-8 weeks from taking that crap? Do yourself a favour and go see a doctor, get your liver checked out and then do do it again when your done taking that shit. I really doubt you know "pro" bodybuilders because none of them would suggest you take such crap, especially with such a shitty knowlege on training and food.. btw you'll need a pct for that shit.
