Artists similiar to Joe Satriani: G3, Steve Vai, Paul Gilbert, John Petrucci, Dave Weiner, Tony Mcalpine, Eric Johnson, Andy Timmons. Yngwie Malmsteen.
You also should try band named Chickenfoot - Satriani, Chad Smith (RHCP drummer) + 2 guys from Van Halen.
I fail to see the connection between Kraftwerk and Neil Young, although I am not sure that you meant they were similar.
just want to get into old music, iam not saying those artists are similiar i just need music that has a certain connection to any of the artists listed.
