RAM FSB & CPU FSB

does ram fsb of 1033 work with cpu fsb of 800 ?

i read if ram fsb is lower than cps fsb the speed gets slowed down.
now my cpu fsb is lower than ram fsb.

WILL IT BLEND? :)

Its about the divider

FSB = FSB
You have a RAM devider and a cpu multiplier

Eg. My FSB is 333
and my cpu multiplier is 9
and my ram divider is 3/2
then CPU speed = 9*333 = 3000mhz
and ram speed = 3/2*333 (*2 because of DDR) = 1000
Your not gonna get very much OC out of that processor my 4200+ X2 OC'd by 400MHz stable, and the benchmarks I ran (3dmark) the processor worked better with a higher clock and multiplier rather than a higher fsb and lower multiplier!
i will pimp my motherboard by time. at the moment i got a uber-motherboard but a shit intelP4HTcpu and a middleshit ddr3-ram and a shit graphiccard.
