[admin] unban ip

Dear Nazis,

when i login at work i get this message:

Banned Till: Forever

could someone unban this ip:
My IP address: 78.20.251.82
My IP Address Location: Antwerp in Belgium
ISP of my IP: Telenet Operaties N.V.

Its not a proxy or anything eventhough i might have used that ip during my bantime which got it banned in the first place!

List the accounts linked to that IP and it can be done, try and be sarky and call us nazis again and you'll find people less than helpful.

Our banning method is not 'input ip' its input acc and IP follows, so I need the names to unban the ips
