my utorrent speed is slow compared to my inet?

i switched today to my mom's inet since my old inet's deal is finished, and if im trying for example to download a movie here it downloads with ~350kb/s, while on torrent it downloads on 50kb/s...(and im downloading a fast torrent, it's not the track's problem)

it's because you have shit upload speed and shit download speed aswell, had the same problem on public torrents.
