Ordering new pc

Ok, so normally I should have ordered it today but since I wasn't sure yet I went to the shop and they gave me some nice advice. They even adviced me some products with lower prices etc what's usually strange for a shop, maybe they get more profit out of that but anyway they sounded very honest imo.

So this is what I'm prolly going to order on tuesday:

I'm 100% sure that i'll buy everything there cause they can put all pieces together etc, it's a bit more expensive then buying every item at another shop but yeah I prefer good service!

it's so expensive :s maybe I'll put that in my pc when prices are lower and when all problems are gone since some people seem to experience problems with them cause it's new etc

Not if you buy intel ssd, those are rock solid. OCZ vertex had some problems.

600W will be good enough for that pc as well.
SSD is needed
LoL @ install windows 7 RC ?
You can download it yourself and burn a dvd right? :D

And if the PC is pure for gaming, and you dont plan on using CF or SLI.
Buy i5 + P55, and with the money you save buy sdd. Its allways nice to load games fast.
HT doesnt help much ingame, and X58 is only needed if you want CF or SLI

but is it SO MUCH better, the ssd? cause it ain't so cheap man :s and I got a nice processor etc in the pc so I would think that I don't really need the ssd yet?! I'm not gonna pay 200€ for "a bit" faster..

yeah I want them to install windows 7 so I'm 100% sure it's done perfect :)

but you know its RC? release candidate?
I am allready running Windows 7 RTM for a month now.
And windows 7 install accept,next, disk setup, language options, install button smth like that.

And yes, it does make a big difference, your hdd will slow your pc down now. I dont even have such a fast pc like you are going to order. But even the F3 was bottleneck in my pc. SSD is removing the bottleneck, if you dont like to wait and want to do everything fast, and want to start win7 in 5-7 seconds ssd is the way to go. I am now working today on PC with HDD. And im annoyed like hell, because im spoiled by the ssd.

hmm :s but it's still 219€ for only 80GB what I means that I need another HDD etc.. It's not really worth that money for me I guess.. maybe in the future when prices are lower :)

Its worth the money to order there, installing ssd is the same like HDD. No problem

yeah that's an idea, that I let tones install the whole pc and afterwarths I just put the ssd in it by myself! :)

than dont let them install win 7, and install rtm yourself right away, because you really want to have win 7 on the SSD :)

Look this, less money. But more the feel of speed.
Look cool-prices.nl good shop, add 50 euro more for building and done.
Other shops that r ok databyte/4launch etc.

but it are all NL shops so if I have a problem with my pc I'll have to send it back to NL.. the tones shop is only 20min driving for me so yeah I'm willing to pay abit more for that and their service..

k, but they will build and test. So unlikely if something is wrong. Only warranty later, but sending isnt that much more. But you can also take my advice and look on other belgium sites for the configuration or tones. But imo, that shop is pretty expensive.

Unless you plan and installing 100's of programmes on your boot drive you won't need a 80gb ssd, if your just installing windows you'll need 30 to 60, your just going to need to install windows and your programs everything else can go to your HDD

yea, loads everything about twice as fast (windows, games, etc). It's the biggest upgrade you can get on modern computers.

i think 90% of the people dont have a clue about hardware.
And i think some of the advice given here is usefull.
I can do it easy for myself as well as you can see. But i dont feel too good not to help others who arent that good with hardware.

if ur noob at hardware, u wont post such shit all by urself, ull just ask what pc ull need and ask someone to put all the parts down for u (u will tell ur budget and thats it)

yes, but there are also 'noobs' that want to improve there knowledge and build computer themself. But are not 100% sure about the parts, and just dont want to make any mistakes.
And i think gamers want to control more what they buy for parts, only 'noobs' trust the pc builder.

I'd go for the gigabyte ud3r mobo cheaper and just as good as the asus if your overclocking, unless you need all the useless extra ram slots etc.
