fifa10 vs pes10

i normally never play fifa/pes games.. but i tried some old fifa on my gamecube some days ago and i think it would be a nice time killer for school. so which one is better fifa10 or pes10 ? hardware requirments are np

for pc? pes, especially for school, as it attracts eye candy. fifa10 is fun, but a complete failure to what it supposed to be, whether its graphics or gameplay (and they also promised loads of new features that doesnt excists)
i will still always favor fifa since pes has a retarded gameplay, but pes is better by much this year (u will also see that if u play both)

gameplay is not bad after you play some matches, it's a bit more realistic, i used to score 6 goals with 10 or 9 players on world class difficulty on fifa 09, now it's much more difficult with realistic scores.

sure...thats why i stick to fifa, but it's still the same as 9 (with few changes), its definatly not a new game

wha ? I think its much more easy now - after the first day i had to put all the settings on most difficult to not win 10-0 (only 5 now :''''()

but i guess it could have to do with playstyle, since afaik u were a dribbler which could be harder

iv been playing fifa online competively since fifa08, i do know what i am talking about, and everyone who has a little bit knowledge about fifa LOVES fifa10 too, and those guys who play fifa 1-2 times just for the bling bling all hate it.

also the fact you tell me that !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DRIBBLING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! is harder :DDDDDDDDDDDDD on fifa10 than on 09, indicates that you are one of those who have actually NO fucking clue about fifa/ football games.ever heard about 360° dribbling? :/ no? ah right now play it before you talk bullshit

he said that dribbling is harder when you are playing a match, not that dribbling on fifa10 is harder...come on man, fifa10 is the best PC fifa, but the worst fifa out of the console versions...

yes im talking about the pc version only, and im saying that it is the best fifa ever on pc, but still dribbling in a match is the same as if you play against the pc, ofcourse only if you have no lag and your movements react 1:1, take a player with high ball control, driblling and speed values and you are able to beat any defender in 1v1

gfx is rlyb etter on pes.. but as i´m a nub in this game i dont want to get owned all the time :(
i think i played pes09 for a while and always sucked :x

and this "star player" mode where u are a player and have to train yourself sucked hard.. it sounded like a nice feature but ended beeing a shit :(

pes is hard for the first few matchs, then it gets too easy...keeper is basically USELESS, so the only thing u need to do is shot an accurate shot, and its a goal
pes is probably only fun online / friends, fifa is basically the better offline game here
i'd still choose PES for school just for showing people the eye candy xD

Playstation/xbox - Fifa 10 vs PES 10 = 1-2
PC - Fifa 10 vs PES 10 = 0-3

fifa got worst german commentator ever+some weird fouldecisions(you cant see no foul and the little thing you could imagine as one was performed by the wrong team)+goalkeeper can do professional fouls w/o any consequences, rest is ok & fun to play with friends

fifa10 the movements is just great now altough the grass is looking unrealistic but

anyway if you go for an console(xbox.ps3) you definitely should go for fif10

I've always bought PES (3-4years in a row) But i've went for Fifa this time , and i'm glad I did . (ps3 though)

Pes has lost their contract, so they are back to North Londen etc..

Geen zin om met Van Kwistelrooij ofzo te spelen ^^. En is fijn over netwerk met die ps3

Did exactly the same for my xbox 360, like it, but takes some adjusting too since Im a PES boy.
Was playing a match and my mum thought it was England game :o)

Hmm, me and my brother always played every PES part on the playstations (2&3) but decided to switch to FIFA this year.
I don't know about it, FIFA feels more realistic in some parts but at some times it feels so slow and weird sometimes. I think we're gonna check out PES too ;]

i cant even imagine how you can actually say it's a bad game because it is so amazing...
maybe dont quite like the graphics but that doesnt mean it bad at all, its just perfect for a football game, if you like graphics go play crisis

the game is fun and good, but is not a huge difference than 08 and 09 :P besides that there are graphics improvements ( i liked the lightning & shadows at the field, was very nice) the graphics have been actually downgraded, and even Luke Didd, the producer of FIFA10, confirmed that graphics weren't their priority. it's all his statement, he also said fifa10 is only the first and a test version, and he is aiming for a PC-gen FIFA for the next years, and wants FIFA PC to be better than the console version
i'm a die hard FIFA fan and i will choose FIFA any time, but come on, compare PC fifa to CONSOLE fifa, fifa PC is a joke.

what the fuck man? what about 360° dribbling? the new ball control? the new through balls which now come perfectly how you want it? the longball fixture? thze improved shooting? improved passing? and overall just a new "feeling" of realismn?

dont tell me you have not noticed that? seriously but i cant understand that

360 doesnt take fully effect on keyboard, you will only have 16 ways rather than 32 ways (dont believe me? test your self, fifa without 360 will have 8 turns, while fifa with 360 will only have 16 turns, you will need an joystick or w/e that name is to fully experience 320)

oh man...ofcourse 360° only works on controller, how should it even work on keyboard? it's technically impossible...but yeah you are right, talking with somebody who doesnt even have a gamepad for playing fifa!!!!!!!!!!!:D but then is complaing how bad fifa10 is, doesnt make sense at all
my advice for fifa beginners: get youself an xbox360 controller and than play fifa10 again.and after you have done that you are allowed to post your opinion :/
