1080p movies not synced with sound.

I have my tv: philips 42PFL7332 (resolution 1366 x 768p) connected on my
pc:(AMD Athlon™ 64 X2 5200+
Asus M2N-SLI DeLuxe
OCZ 2 GB DDR2-800
Asus EN8800GTS/HTDP) with a dvi/hdmi cable.

When i play 1080p movies with my pc on my tv, the sound have a delay of +- 5 sec.

I use the sound of my pc when i watch movies.

The cpu load is: core#1 -> 100% - core#2 -> 1/20%.

Progs and drivers i used so far:

bs player, windows media player, vlc, media player classic
ffdshow, klite codec pack, Gordian Knot Codec Pack, Matroska, ...

what should i to to fix this?
Is it because my tv is only HD ready or my pc sucks or ....

I guess your hardware is not powerful enough. I have weird artifacts when watching 1080p movies on my hardware, 720p works fine, though.
Your hardware seems more than powerful enough. I think you might have fucked up the codecs a bit though by installing packs. Uninstall all the codecs on your pc, then install http://www.free-codecs.com/download/FFDshow.htm and play the movies with http://www.free-codecs.com/download/Media_Player_Classic.htm
I'm able to play 1080p movies on my far less powerful PC (look into my profile for it). I'm using K-Lite Codec Pack 5.10 and KMPlayer 2.9.4.1434 - MPC and VLC are also fine.

try coreavc
+1. CoreAVC is still the fastest h.264 decoder out there.

You fucked up your codec system. (codec packs are evil)

I have only "ffdshow tryouts" and "haali media splitter (matroska)" on my mediacenter (mediaportal) and can play pretty much anything without problems.
Try SMplayer for 1080movies, and you can also sync the sound yourself.
vlc has a built in anti delay thingy, you can adjust the lag to make it fit :)
VLC cant play 1080movies it will lag.
