is it possible to create an great(good quali) et (frag)movie with an low pc?

my pc:

Microsoft Windows XP Professional

Intel Pentium 4, 3000 MHz (30 x 100)

1024 MB (PC3200 DDR SDRAM)

NVIDIA GeForce FX 5900XT (128 MB)

creative SB PCI128 (CT4751) Sound Card

hdd 1TB
