epic fps lags ubuntu

i just cant get above 100 fps in linux and even those a pretty unstable.

since iam using the et-sdl-sound hack i guess its caused by that, any solutions?

To rule out the et-sdl-sound, try running it without and see if you get over 100 fps then

no it just improve them slightly (like 5-15fps) :<
