NEW IRC Server - Need Staff!

Hello Everyone,
I'm promoting a irc server and i hope so that you guys will join it.
Also we are looking for new staff!
The server can you join via this way:
/server -m irc.warenhuis-gaming.co.cc
"Join #help for more information."
You wil not disconnect from Quakenet.
It wil open a new window with that server/connection.
About the new staff***
We are looking for new IRC Operators and a technical staff operator, a Help & Support leader & Help & Support Staff members!
Each member will start as a Help & Support Staff Member (Trial), the Trial is from 1 week - 4 weeks.
If we need you and your a good member as trial, we will invite you to a team higher then "Help & Support Staff Member (Trial)"
You can contact us at #help at us IRC network!
DO NOT PM OP'S in the help channel !!!

And, if you WANT to join, you can join.
Its open, we dont use the word "must"!
We leave always in the 10 minutes a comment at IRC, Quakenet not.
Also, we NEED staff, thats why we ask.

And if it fail, we have try'd to startup!
If we dont try, it will fails anyways!
We are people they can manage servers and startup something like a irc network, you cant.

But we will look over every apply, and all good apply's will be recruited.

Its a kid of 10 years old. Thats not a age to get operator status.
