I'm looking for a new graphics card since my geforce-card doesn't work anymore.
So, are there any decent cards for like 80-100€? Give me some good advice!

it is written that this card is one of the most silent and doesn't waste that much watts.
newer gfx card -> VERY much W
well, the GTS250 is cheaper and has a better ranking ._. so why should I pay more and get it?
gts250 = 9800gtx+ btw
